Addison "Addie" D. Jago, 72, of Huntsville died Tuesday, September 29, 2009 at 2:40p.m. at the Logan Acers Care Center in Bellefontaine, Ohio. He was born February 28, 1937 in Glouster, Ohio to the late Arthur and Delta Lothery Jago. He retired from United Telephone Company where he was the district manager in Lebannon, Ohio. He was a member of the Ohio National Guard, Rotary Club in Lebannon, the Glouster Masonic Lodge, and a member of Indian Lake Moose Lodge # 1533. He is survived by his companion Adrienne Jago of Huntsville, Ohio, three sons, Addison "Ady" Adrian and Sheryl Jago of Rushsylvania, Ohio, Anthony James and Denise Jago of Clarinda, Iowa., and Aerick Scott Jago of Bellefontaine, one daughter, Christy Lynn and Dennis Wood of Belle Center, Ohio, three brothers, Arnold Jago of London, Ohio, Ashia and Louise Jago of Amesville, Ohio, and Aaron and Becky Jago of Amesville, Ohio, two sisters, Phyllis Martin of Amesville, Ohio, and Joyce and Denny Burgess of Pataskala, Ohio, five grandsons, three granddaughters, and one great grandson. He was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers, Arthur, Allen, and Adrian, two sisters, Irene and Maxiene. Services will be Saturday, October 3, 2009 at 11:00a.m. at the Stone-Matheney Funeral Home in Chesterhill, Ohio with burial following in the Mound Hill Cemetery near Amesville. Friends may call on Friday, October 2, 2009 from 5-8p.m. and one hour prior to the service on Saturday.
