Alex M. Wynstra Sr., 62, of Chesterhill, passed away Mar. 23, 2025 at his home surrounded by his loved ones. He was born Sept. 8, 1962 to the late Alex and Evelyn Matheny Wynstra in Lansing, MI. Alex enjoyed working on cars and was a Senior Master Nissan Technician at Dutro Ford. He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Cindy Jordan Wynstra of the home; son, Alex Wynstra Jr. of Marietta; daughters, Julie Wynstra and Donna Wynstra both of Chesterhill; sister, Jane Wynstra of California and 3 grandchildren, Kaelyn, Azlynn, and Paisley. He is preceded in death by his parents, 3 brothers, John, Charles, and Donald Wynstra, and sister Kathy Wynstra. Memorial Service will be held April 2, 2025 at 7:00 P.M. at Matheney Funeral Home in McConnelsville. Friends may call on the family from 5-7 P.M. on the day services.
