Alicia Nicole Neff, 22, of Marietta, died on Sat., July 20, 2013 at her residence. She was born on Nov. 15, 1990 in Zanesville. She was a student at Washington State College and a Presbyterian by faith. She is survived by her mother, Kristine Neff of McConnelsville, 2 brothers, John and Charles Rexroad both of McConnelsville, an aunt, Shirley Cox of Little Hocking and her grandmother Lela Johnson Neff of McConnelsville. She is preceded in death by her grandfather Rev. Thomas Neff. A memorial service will be held on Sat., Aug. 3, 2013 at 11:00 A.M. at the McConnelsville Presbyterian Church with Pastor Barbara Morrison presiding.
