Allen E. Gibeaut 74, of Malta, passed away suddenly at 4:00p.m. May 25, 2016 at Genesis Hospital Emergency Room in Zanesville.  He was born July 19, 1941 in Morgan County  the son of the late Wilmer D. Gibeaut and Wilda Spencer Gibeaut Dailey.  He was a retired plumber for Apperson Plumbing and was a plumber for over 50 years. He was a member of the Malta United Methodist Church in Malta. He is survived by his loving wife, Georgianna Hughes Gibeaut whom he married November 6, 1964, daughters; Melanie (Tom) Bragg of McConnelsville, Melissa (Randy) Brownrigg of McConnelsville, Michelle (Tom) Daugherty of Westerville, and Monica (Oper) King, Woodbridge, Va., grandchildren; Wesley (Hannah) Bragg, Brady Bragg, Karlie Bragg, Brittany (Matt) Glaub, Chase Harris, Mackenzie Daugherty, Garrett Daugherty, Delanie Daugherty,  Nevaeh King and Lynleigh King, two great grandchildren; Wyatt Bragg and Harper Bragg,  sisters; Nina Lawrence and Martha (Bill) McDaniel both of McConnelsville, and a brother Dana Gibeaut of McConnelsville.  Calling hours will be held from 12 to 3 p.m. Sunday, May 29, 2016 at Miller-Huck Funeral Home in McConnelsville where services will be held at 3:30 p.m. with Reverend Maryann Tomlinson officiating. Burial will follow in McConnelsville Cemetery.
