CHESTERHILL - Allen Christopher Goins, 32, of Ohio 377, Chesterhill, passed away at noon Monday, Jan. 5, 2009, at his home. He was born Aug. 9, 1976, in Marietta, to the late Donald L. Goins Sr. and Rita D. Lucas Goins. He is survived by two daughters, Dashia Goins of Zanesville and Daelynn Abigail "Abby" Matheney of Stockport; two brothers, Donnie Goins of Malta and Matthew Goins of Ladies Island, S.C.; and one sister, Diana Goins of Chesterhill. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his cousin, Jeremy Goins. Calling hours will be to 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday, Jan. 9, at Stone-Matheney Funeral Home. Funeral services are 1 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 10, 2009, at the Mount Hermon Church, with Pastor Delbert Bennett officiating. Burial will be in Mount Hermon Cemetery.
