Anthony C. Caito, 70, of McConnelsville, passed away on Tues, March 28, 2023 at the Genesis Hospital in Zanesville.  He was born on Aug. 4, 1952 in Wilkinsburg, Pa to the late Mariano and Concettea Cervone Caito.  Tony had a strong Christian faith.  He served as the Evang. of several Church of Christ congregations over his life time.  He was a member of the Main Street Church of Christ in McConnelsville and was the dean of the OVCA Church Camp.  He is survived by his wife, Tami Caito of the home, a son, Bryan Caito of Columbus, 2 daughters, Angela (Jeremy) Burkhart of McConnelsville and Andrea (Ernie) Johannsen of Yuma, Ar, a brother, Salvatore Caito of Penn Hills, Pa, a sister, Anna Morrow of Penn Hills, Pa and 5 grandchildren.  He is preceded in death by his parents and a daughter, Jessica Caito.  Services will be held on Sat, April 1, 2023 at 12:00 Noon at the Matheney Funeral Home in McConnelsville.  Friends may call on the family from 10-12 on the day of the services.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Main St. Church of Christ, 9 N. 4th St. McConnelsville, Ohio 43756.  To send a note of condolence to the family go to www.matheneyfh.com
