Ashley Renae McCune 16, of McConnelsville passed away April 9, 2018 at her home. She was born July 11, 2001 in Washington County. She was a Junior at Morgan High School where she was in the Morgan High School Band, Drama Club, French Club, National Honor Society, Study Club. She was also a member of the Main Street Church of Christ in McConnelsville. She is survived by her parents, Robert McCune and Reva Hanson McCune of McConnelsville; sisters Tara (Chris) Neff, Kelly (T.J.) Montgomery;  brothers Matthew (Nicole) Driggs, Jeremy (Ashley) Driggs, and Kenneth McCune and Danielle Coler; twelve nieces and nephews; Madlyn, Cameron, Makenna, Luke, Kiya, Carlie, Ella, Samuel, Jordyn, Cohen, Jacob, and Lydia; great grandparents, Jim and Pat Hambel, grandparents Bob and Pam McCune, grandfather Clyde Hanson and grandmother Kathy Unrue Moorehouse. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Fred and Imogene Hanson and great grandfather, John Unrue. Friends may call 3 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, April 11, 2018 at the Main Street Church Of Christ in McConnelsville where services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday with Evangelist Vernon Eldridge officiating. Burial will follow in McConnelsville Cemetery. Miller-Huck Funeral Home in McConnelsville is entrusted with arrangements. Memorial contributions may be made to the Morgan High School Band or to the Morgan County Suicide Coalition.
