Barbara Jean Weaver Broyles , 66, of McConnelsville went to be with the Lord Monday April 10, 2017. She was born August 20, 1950 in Madison, West Virginia to the late James (Buddy)  Weaver and Jane Miller Weaver. Barbara worked as a Registered Nurse for 30 years at the Cambridge State Hospital, retiring form there in 2008. She is survived by her husband, Richard Broyles; her siblings, Brenda (John) Balderson of Malta, David (Sondra) Weaver of Cumberland, Mark (Linda Mosier) Weaver and Kenton (Ann) Weaver all of McConnelsville. Also surviving are her nieces; Ellen Burchett, Chantelle (Terry) Nelson, Jennifer Weaver and Barbara Weaver; nephews Aaron Weaver, Justin (Laura) Weaver and Ryan (Pam) Weaver, plus numerous great nieces and nephews. She also leaves behind her beloved poodle, Teddy. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her niece, Betty Jane (Janie) Balderson. Calling hours will be Thursday, April 13, 2017 from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. at the Miller-Huck Funeral Home in McConnelsville. A funeral service will be held Friday, April 14, 2107 at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home with Pastor Curt Cable officiating. Barbara will be laid to rest beside her parents at Malta Cemetery.
