Bertha Mae Dockray, 86, of Parkersburg formerly of Zanesville, left this world on Sunday, Nov. 6, 2016 to be with her Lord and Savior. She was a beautiful, loving and kind lady. She was preceded in death by her husband Louis "Bud" Dockray of Zanesville, both parents Vernon and Ruth Sheets Van Fossen of Chesterhill and 3 younger brothers, Henry Van Fossen as a child, Fred Van Fossen of Chandlersville and Carlos Van Fossen of Chesterhill. She is survived by several nieces and nephews with 3 that were very near and dear to her heart. Janet and Marion Milstead of Zanesville, Gene and Lisa Van Fossen of Stockport and Peggy and Mike King of Parkersburg. We loved and cared for her as she did us. She will be greatly missed. Services will be held on Thursday, Nov. 10, 2016 at 11:00 A.M. at the Stone-Matheney Funeral Home in Chesterhill with burial following at the Dale Cemetery near Stockport. Friends may call on the family 1 hour prior to the services on the day of the funeral. Per her wishes to be mentioned last and without names. She had a daughter, son-in-law, 2 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
