Blanche E. Martin, 88 of Findlay, formerly of McConnelsville, passed away on Sat, Sept. 11, 2021 at the Blanchard Valley Hospital in Findlay.  She was born on April 7, 1933 in Nelsonville to the late James and Blanche Matheny Auflick.  She was a homemaker and was a member of the McConnelsville Nazarene Church.  She is survived by 4 grandchildren, Christina Pearson of Findlay, Jason Martin of Mt. Gillied, Bobby Jo Martin of Delaware and Heather Martin of Portland Oregon.  10 great grandchildren, Destiny, Steven, Autum, Austin, Gideon, Rusty, Tucker, Evan, Elena and Asher.  She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Robert Martin, 2nd husband, William Irvin, 2 sons, Robert and Timothy Martin, 4 brothers, Rodney, Andrew, Robert and John and 3 sisters, Garnet, Mabel and Sylvia.  Services will be held on Weds, Sept. 15, 2021 at 2:00 P.M. at the Matheney Funeral Home in McConnelsville with burial following at the Malta Cemetery.  Friends may call on the family 1 hour prior to the services.  To send a note of condolence to the family go to www.matheneyfh.com.
