Bonnie L. Clifton, 78, of Stockport, passed away on Sat. Feb. 1, 2025 at the Genesis Hospital in Zanesville.  She was born on Dec. 4, 1946 in Flint, MI. to the late Les and Louise Briggens Crews.  She retired from Highland Oaks Nursing Home where she worked as a patient aid.  She is survived by her husband of 56 years, Jack Clifton of the home, a son Chad Clifton of Stockport, 2 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.  Services will be held on Weds., Feb. 5, 2025 at 12:00 Noon at the Matheney Funeral Home in McConnelsville with burial following in the Stockport Cemetery.  Friends may call on the family 1 hour prior to the services.  To send a note of condolence to the family go to www.matheneyfh.com.
