Carla A. Kennedy, 70, of Belpre, passed away on Mon, April 8, 2024 at the Marietta Memorial Hospital.  She was born on Nov. 25, 1953 in Chesterhill, Ohio to the late Neil and Martha Mayle.  She attended the Southland Mission Church in Cutler.  She is survived by her husband of 49 years, Kevin Kennedy of the home, a son, Jason Kennedy of Houston, TX, a daughter, Tiffany Kennedy-Dowler of Vincent, 2 brothers, Wendell Mayle of Malta and Doran Mayle of Chesterhill, 2 sisters, Gloria Myers of Chesterhill and Lora Mayle of Chesterhill, 3 grandchildren, Ryley, Amelia and Caroline and a special nephew Zach Mayle of Chesterhill.  She is preceded in death by her parents.  Services will be held on Sat, April 13, 2024 at 12:00 P.M. at the Cutler Community Center.  Friends may call on the family on Fri, April 12 from 4-8 P.M. at the Stone-Matheney Funeral Home in Chesterhill and 1 hour prior to the services on Saturday at the Community Center.  To send a note of condolence to the family go to www.matheneyfh.com.
