Carlee Jo Schramm, 23 of Stockport-Chesterhill, passed away on Mon, Jan. 30, 2023 at the Marietta Memorial Hospital.  She was born on March 30, 1999 in Zanesville, Ohio to Mark and Jill Lane Schramm.  She worked as a Par Professional in the Rise Room at Morgan West Elementary School and loved her coworkers and kids.  She was a graduate of Morgan High School where she played Softball and Volleyball and also a graduate of Ohio University.  Carlee was an organ doner and proudly helped others with the gift of life through organ donation.  She is survived by her parents, Mark and Jill Schramm of Stockport, her love of her life, Adam Tom of Chesterhill, a brother, Jacob Crandell of Orlando, Fl, a sister, McKenna Schramm of Cambridge, grandma, Carolyn Schramm of Stockport and grandfather, Jim "Pappy" Cain of Stockport.  She is preceded in death by her grandfather, Jerry "Papa" Schramm and grandmother, Joy "Nanny" Lane.  Services will be held on Sun, Feb. 5, 2023 at 2:00 P.M. at the Matheney Funeral Home in McConnelsville with burial following in the Stockport Cemetery.  Friends may call on the family from 11-2 P.M. on the day of the services.  In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Morgan County School Dist.
