Carolyn V. Schramm, 80, of Stockport, passed away on Fri, Feb. 28, 2025 at her residence.  She was born on May 30, 1944 in Belaire, Ohio to the late Russell and Mary Jesso Garrett.  She and her husband owned and operated CJ's Restaurant in Stockport from 1988 until it closed due to her illness last year.  She was a methodist by faith and was a member of the Olive Branch Order of Eastern Star in Duncan Falls.  She is survived by 3 sons, Brian (Shelley) Schramm of Shadyside, Jeffrey (Kim) Schramm of Shadyside and Mark (Jill) Schramm of Stockport, a brother, Russell Garrett of Stockport, 6 grandchildren, Tessa, Austin, McKenna, Garrett, Adam and Jacob and 2 great grandchildren.  She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Jerry Schramm and a granddaughter, Carlee Schramm.  A visitation will be held on Mon, March 3 from 4-6 P.M. at the Matheney Funeral Home in McConnelsville, followed by OES services and a funeral.   A graveside service will be held on Tues, March 4, 2025 at 11 A.M. at the Powhatan Cemetery in Powhatan Point, Oh.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Stockport Vol. Fire Dept.  To send a note of condolence to the family go to www.matheneyfh.com.
