Carolyn S. Wallace, 68, of McConnelsville, died on Tuesday, July 16, 2013 at 7:20 P.M. at the Genesis Morrison House Hospice in Zanesville. She was born on Feb. 19, 1945 in Athens, Ohio to the late Dale and Ruth Pratt Ulbrich. She worked as a secretary at Newcome Chiropractic in McConnelsville. She was a member of the Morgan County Democrat Women and served on the Mary Hammond Board. She is survived by her daughter, Beth Scott of McConnelsville, 2 grandsons, Joseph and Tyler Scott both of McConnelsville and several nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her husbands, John Wallace and Don Newcome, 1 daughter, Phyllis Wallace and 1 sister, Phyllis Keaton. Services will held on Friday, July 19, 2013 at 4:00 P.M. with Pastor Galen Finley officiating. Friends may call on the family from 2-4 P.M. on the day of the funeral.
