Cecil M. Mayle, 79, of Chesterhill, passed away on Mon. Aug. 13, 2018 in Chesterhill. He was born on Aug. 8, 1939 in Cutler to the late Carl and Josephine Norris Male. He worked for Southeastern Construction, Tommy Mayle and Sons and was currently working for the Marion Township. He is survived by his wife of 55 years, Sue Johnson Mayle of Chesterhill, a son Cecil (Valerie) Mayle Jr. of Chesterhill, a daughter, Stephanie Mayle of Chesterhill, 2 brothers, Richard Male and Carl "Raymond" Mayle both of Canton, 2 sisters, Barbara Sue Parsons of Cutler and Goldie Kennedy of Canton, 7 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents, 5 brothers, Leroy, Harley, William, Homer and Kenneth Mayle and a sister, Ada Mayle. Services will be held on Friday, Aug. 17, 2018 at 11:00 A.M. at the Stone-Matheney Funeral Home in Chesterhill, with Pastor Junior Walker officiating. Burial will follow in the Miller Cemetery near Cutler. Friends may call on the family on Thur. Aug 16 from 4-8 P.M. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the funeral home to help with expenses.
