Chad Michael Flowers , age 38, of Belpre, Ohio died at approximately 6:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 20, 2014, at his residence. He was born in Marietta, Ohio on February 3 1976 to Bonnie Mayle Flowers and the late Jerry(Jake)Flowers. Chad was a self-employed cosmetologist and a member of the Southland Mission in Cutler, Ohio. He is survived by his mother, Bonnie, of Belpre; his wife, Brittany Smith Flowers of the home; 2 sons: Demetrius Smith-Mayle of the home and Keaten Powell of Malden Missouri; 1 daughter: Peyton Flowers of the home; 1 brother: Shannon Flowers of Belpre; 1 sister: Heather Flowers of Belpre, and his grandmother, Lucy Flowers of Amesville. He was preceded in death by his father and grandmother, Elaine Mayle. Services will be held on Tuesday, December 30, 2014, at 1:00 p.m. at Southland Mission near Cutler with Pastor J.R. Walker officiating. Burial will follow in the Southland Cemetery. Friends may call at the Stone-Matheney Funeral Home in Chesterhill on Monday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. and 1 hour prior to the service at the church on Tuesday.
