Charles "Chuck" Bailey Jr., 64, of Chesterhill, passed away on Tues. April 6, 2021 at the Marietta Memorial Hospital.  He was born on May 13, 1956 in Parkersburg to Charles and Lucille Griffin Bailey.  He worked as a Furnace Operator at Eramet Marietta Inc.  He was a member of the Steel Workers Local #01-00639 and a past member of the Wesley and Chesterhill Vol. Fire Departments and EMS Service.  He enjoyed riding Harley, Hunting, Tinkering in his garage and spending time with his family.  He is survived by his parents, Charles and Lucille Bailey of Belpre, wife, Lisa Smedley Bailey of the home, a daughter, Kayleigh "Katie" Coler of Chesterhill and a sister, Susan (Mike) Thompson of Cutler.  A visitation will be held on Sat. April 10, 2021 from 11-1 P.M. at the Stone-Matheney Funeral Home in Chesterhill.  A graveside service will follow in the Chesterhill Cemetery at 1:00 P.M.  In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Chesterhill Vol. Fire Dept.  To send a note of condolence to the family go to www.matheneyfh.com.
