Charles R. Neely 55, of 650 Pascal Rd Malta, passed away at 4:15 A.M. September 2, 2009 at his home.He was born July 16, 1953 in Columbus, Ohio. He was a plummer and a Veteran of the Vietnam War. He is survived by his mother Ruth Lang Neely of Columbus, wife Connie McClain Neely, son Austin J. Neely of Malta, Stepson Danny R. Robinson of Virginia, four grandchildren, three brothers Robert Neely of Gahanna and Michael and William Neely. He was preceded in death by his father John T. Neely.
