Cindy L. Dailey  59, of McConnelsville passed away at 2:22 p.m. January 11, 2017 at Genesis Hospital in  Zanesville. She was born March 9, 1957 in Zanesville the daughter of the late Harold C. Smith and Mary Williams Smith who survives of Duncan Falls. She was a substitute teacher at Morgan Local Schools and was a member of the Trinity United Methodist Church in McConnelsville. She is survived by her mother, Mary Williams Smith of Duncan Falls; daughter, Katrina (Kyle) Tabor of Columbus; son, Dustin (Moriah) Dailey of Lewisville, Ohio; granddaughter, Addison Tabor;  brother, Harold Dennis Smith of Mt. Healthy, Ohio. Calling hours will be held from 5 to 8 p.m  Saturday at Miller-Huck Funeral Home in McConnelsville where services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, Jan 15, 2017  with Walter Jones officiating.  Burial will follow in Rosehill Cemetery  in Roseville.
