Claude E. Foxy Webb, 86, of 430 N. Taylor Hollow Rd. McConnelsville passed away at 7:25 p.m. Friday December 21,2012 at the Riverside Landing Nursing & Rehab Center in McConnelsville. He was born July 4,1926 in Catlettsburg, Ky. to the late Claude Webb, Sr. and Froken Deskins Webb. Foxy was retired from Central Ohio Coal Com. and was a member of the Neelysville Church Of Christ. He was also an Army veteran of W.W.II. He is survived by a son Bruce Webb of McConnelsville, 1 grandchild and 3 great grandchildren, 2 sisters Linda Jane Strohl and Karla Joyce Krigbaum both of McConnelsville, 2 brothers Frank Webb and Harold Webb both of McConnelsville. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Betty Ann McWilliams Webb, 2 sisters Zelda Bernice Webb and Pauline Duvall Williams, a brother David Webb, a granddaughter Bailey Webb and a brother-in-law Jim Strohl. Calling hours will be Sunday December 23,2012 from 1:00-5:00 p.m. at the Miller-Huck Funeral Home in McConnelsville where funeral services will be Monday December 24,2012 at 11:00 a.m. with Pastor Jeff Shaner officiating. Military honors will be provided by the American Legion Post #24 Color Guard of McConnelsville. At Foxy's request a caring cremation will take place after the services.
