McCONNELSVILLE - Constance M. Burchett, 56, of Jackson Street, Stockport, died at 7:11 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 19, 2009, at Marietta Memorial Hospital, Marietta. She was born Sept. 14, 1952, in New Matamoras, Ohio, to James Farnsworth and Marie West Farnsworth. She was a cook at Genesis Health and Rehab. She is survived by her husband, Richard Burchett of Stockport; two daughters, Stephanie Hoskinson and Rebecca (Thomas) Offenberger, both of Stockport; one brother, Bob Farnsworth of Sardis, Ohio; two sisters, Mary Pool of Beverly and Pearl Heddleson of Cumberland; and seven grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; and one brother, Frank Farnsworth. Calling hours will be from 4 to 6 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 24, 2009, at Matheney Funeral Home, McConnelsville. Services will be held at a later date and time. A caring cremation is taking place at the family's request.
