Cynthia Ann Horner, 72, of Pennsville, passed away on Tues, Jan. 17, 2023 at her residence.  She was born on April 20, 1950 in Chesterhill, Ohio.  She owned and operated the Posy Place Flower Shop in Chesterhill and after retiring she spent many hours making and selling her baked goods and crafts.  She is survived by her husband of 53 years, Larry Horner of the home, a daughter, Robin (Jeff) Williams of Chesterhill, a son, Jake (Polly) Fussner of Chesterhill, 2 grandsons, Graydon Williams and Lawrence Fussner of Chesterhill and special niece Amy Konkler and her girls Danielle and Emilee all of Stockport.  She is preceded in death by her father, Donald Cooley.  A private family service will be held at the Stone-Matheney Funeral Home in Chesterhill.  To send a note of condolence to the family go to www.matheneyfh.com.
