Cynthia Mae Oliver Rowland  71, of Waterford, Ohio passed away July 21, 2018 at Riverside Hospital in Columbus.  She was born June 17, 1947 in Zanesville, the daughter of the late Ethelda Landerman Oliver and Clifford Oliver. She was a member of the Beverly Eagles Club Auxiliary for 41 years. She is survived by her husband, Galen Lee Rowland of Waterford; sister, Sheila Keneaster of Beverly;  brother, Mike Oliver of McConnelsville; and several nieces. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Jimmy Oliver. Memorial graveside services will be held at 10:00a.m. Saturday, August 11, 2018 at  Deavertown United Methodist Church Cemetery with Pastor Elizabeth Reed officiating.
