Dale E. Pierce 86, of McConnelsville, passed away at 7:45 a.m. Nov. 21, 2015 at Highland Oaks Health Center in McConnelsville. He was born March 9, 1929 in Muskingum County the son of the late Dora Pierce. He was an operator for Ohio Ferro Alloy and an avid Bingo player. He is survived by daughters Diane Eby of McConnelsville, Carolyn Moore of McConnelsville, Wanda (Troy) McDaniel of Malta, Nancy (Bill Inman) Lane of Malta, Pat (Tim) McCoy of Stockport, Sara (David) Kangas of Malta, son Roger Dale Pierce of Malta, fifteen grandchildren , several great grandchildren, sister Donna (Don) Binkley of Zanesville. In addition to his mother he was preceded in death by his wife Betty Pierce who died in 2012, grandson Richard Parsons and son in law Wayne Lane, brothers John and Bud Fracker. Calling hours will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 24, 2015 at Malta Bible church where services will be held at 10 :30 a.m. Wednesday with Pastor Mike wells officiating. Burial will follow in Zion Cemetery in Portersville. Miller-Huck Funeral Home in McConnelsville is handling arrangements. Memorial Contributions may be made to the Malta Bible Church in Malta.
