Daniel J. Miller, 90, of Malta, passed away on Weds, Nov. 4, 2026 at his residence. He was born on Oct. 15, 1936 in Kalona, Iowa to the late Jonathan and Annie Gingerich Miller. He worked as an equipment set up operator and maintenance services for McGahuey Farm Implement in Leon, IA. He is survived by 2 sons, Jesse (Janice) Miller of LaMonte, Mo and Steven (Martha) Miller of Huntsville, AR, 2 daughters, Irene (John) Miller of Malta and Miriam (Larry) Loar of Leon, IA, 5 sisters, Ada Miller of Lott, TX, Barbara Helmuth, Kalona, IA, Edith Kuhns, Arthur, Il, Anne Williamson, Trever, WI and Ruth Kuhns, Mulkey Town, IL, 14 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents, step-mother, Emma Stutzman Miller, wife, Katie Mast Miller, a son, Marlin Miller, 3 sisters, Martha Yutzy, Fannie Miller and Arvilla Beachy and a daughter-in-law, Sonya Miller. A visitation will be held on Fri, Nov. 6, 2026 from 1-3 P.M. at the Ebenezer Mennonite Church 3497 N. Finley Rd. Malta, Ohio 43758. He will be laid to rest at the Leon Salem Mennonite Cemetery in Leon, Iowa. Matheney Funeral Home in McConnelsville is handling the arrangements.
