Darrell Lee Mayle, 51, of Cutler, died on Sat. Jan. 2, 2016 at the Ohio State University Hospital in Columbus. He was born on Feb. 9, 1964 in Chesterhill, Ohio to Joseph Edward "Charlie" and Betty Rush Mayle. He worked as an electrician for DuPont and Chemours Inc. in Parkersburg. He was a member of the Cutler Mission Church and loved farming, hunting and watching the Ohio State Buckeye's. He is survived by his parents of Cutler, wife, Tammy Smith Mayle of the Home, a sister, Kelly M. (Tim) Thompson of Columbus, a niece, Olivia Thompson of Columbus, father and mother-in-law, Greg and Bev Smith of Cutler and his 2 beloved dogs, Eddie and Bailee. He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Arthur and Marie Rush and Dayton and Pauline Mayle. Services will be held on Thursday, Jan. 7, 2016 at 1:00 P.M. at the Bethel Wesleyan Church, 22995 Bethel Ridge Rd. Amesville, Ohio 45711 with Pastor J.D. Ray officiating, Burial will follow in the Friends Quaker Cemetery in Cutler. Friends may call on the family on Weds. Jan. 6, 2016 from 2-4 and 6-8 P.M. at the Stone-Matheney Funeral Home in Chesterhill.
