Darrell R. VanNess, 71 of McConnelsville passed away Weds, Mar 30, 2022 at his residence. He was born June13, 1950 to the late Price VanNess and Donna Mae Harris.  He was an Army Veteran during the Vietnam Era and retired from the maintenance department at Gould in McConnelsville. He is survived by daughter, Wendy (Rick) Hill of Chesterhill, a brother, Charles VanNess of Stockport, and 2 sisters, Patty Creamer of Albany and Paula Rambo of Malta, as well as 2 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Roger VanNess. A funeral service will be held at the Stone-Matheney Funeral Home in Chesterhill on Sat, April 2, 2022 at 11:00 A.M. with burial following in the Chesterhill Cemetery.
