David G. Hill 70, of Malta passed away April 28, 2017 at Genesis Hospital in Zanesville.  He was born October 4, 1946 in Zanesville the son of the late Delmar R. Hill and Eva Faye Rouanzoin Hill. He was a farmer, worked for Penn Township for several years, and  was a logger. He is survived by  three sisters, Wauneta Greathouse of McConnelsville, Kaye Calendine of Malta and Judy Gardner of Crooksville; brothers, Terry Hill of Blue Rock , Duane Hill of Malta, and Billy Hill of Stockport, and his beloved dog, Lady. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by brothers, Larry, Gary, Richard, Max and Bobby Hill.  Graveside services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, May 2, 2017 at Pennsville Cemetery with Dan Hickerson officiating.  Friends may cal 11:00 a.m to 1:00 p.m.  Tuesday at Miller-Huck Funeral Home in McConnelsville.
