David Lewis, 69, of Malta, passed away on Friday, May 25, 2018 at the Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus. He was born on Oct. 1, 1948 in Glouster, Oho to the late Jack and Violet Gilmore Lewis. He is survived by his daughter, Tracey Lewis of Malta, 2 brothers, John (Denise) Lewis of Indiana and Charles Lewis of Glouster, 3 sisters, Sharon (Dana) Buckley of Glouster, Linda (Richard) Dixon of Glouster and Susan (Paul) Moore of Glouster and 2 grandchildren, Ashley and Jarrett. He is preceded in death by his parents, wife, Linda Lewis a daughter, Shannon Lewis and a sister Kathy Ballantine. A celebration of David's life will be at a later date and time.
