David A. Reynolds, 74, of McConnelsville formerly of El Cerrito, California passed away at 8:15 a.m. Sunday, August 10,2014 in McConnelsville. He was born February 11, 1940 in Prospect, Ohio to the late Joseph Reynolds and Agnes Sines Reynolds. David was a retired carpenter and was an Army veteran of the Vietnam War. He was a member of Northern California Millwrights Local 102, a member of the American Legion California Post 292 and the V.F.W. of California At Large. He also was a dual member and life member of the Bay View and San Pablo, California Eagles Club and was an officer past and present of the El Cerrito, California Arie 2323 Eagles Club. He is survived by a sister Ruth Reynolds of Naples, Florida; an aunt Mary Jean Ramos of McConnelsville, several cousins including Betty White of Malta and Carolyn (Tom) Jenkins of McConnelsville. At David's request a caring cremation will take place and a memorial service will be held Sunday, August 17, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. at McConnelsville Cemetery with Pastor Galen Finley officiating. Military honors will be provided by the American Legion Post 24 Color Guard. Miller-Huck Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
