Deborah Smith Rutter 53,  of Beverly,  passed away February 20, 2017 at her home. She was born  February 16, 1964 in Beverly the daughter of the late James Smith and Rita Blaker Smith who survives. She was a housewife and attended the Neelyville Church Of Christ. She is survived by her mother Rita Smith, husband Larry Dale Rutter; children Santana Samson of Caldwell, Michael Samson of McConnelsville Kendall Samson of Roseville, step sons Kasey Miller of Zanesville and Kenneth Miller of Zanesville; twelve grandchildren, sister Teresa Smith of McConnelsville, brothers Donald Smith , Randall Smith , and James Smith all of McConnelsville, David Smith of Pennsville.  Calling hours will be held from 11 :00 a.m. to 1  p.m. Saturday Feb. 25, 2017 at Miller-Huck Funeral Home in McConnelsville where services will be held at 1:30 p.m. . Burial will follow in Meigsville Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home to assist with funeral expenses.
