Delores E. Edwards, 76 of Zanesville, passed away Wed, March 16, 2022 at her home. She was born on Oct. 25, 1945 in Alabama to the late John and Ida Mae Dixon Mayle. She is survived by a son Larry (Misty) Mayle of Zanesville OH, 4 brothers Lewis Mayle, David Mayle, and Daniel Mayle all of Zanesville and Paul Mayle of Mobile, Alabama, 4 grandchildren, Austin, Akeem, Alena, and Admire Mayle along with several nieces, nephews, cousins and special friends. She is preceded in death by her parents, 3 brothers, Phil Mayle, John Mayle and Roy Mayle, 5 sisters, Loretta Sowers, Mae Mayle, Ella Mayle, Mary Norris and Margaret Williams. A funeral service will be held at the Greater Apostolic Church of Christ on State St. in Zanesville on Mon, March 21, 2022 at 12:00 p.m. Friends may call on the family 1 hour prior to the services. A graveside service will be held at 3 p.m. at the Chesterhill Cemetery. Stone-Matheney Funeral Home in Chesterhill is handling the arrangements.
