Denise Lacy, 57, of Chesterhill, passed away on Weds, May 9,2018 at the Morrison House Hospice in Zanesville. She was born on May 8, 1961 in Beverly, Ohio to Lloyd and Ruth Gilliand McPeek. She was a homemaker and loved raising her family. She is survived by her mother, Ruth McPeek of Newark, husband of38 years, Steven Lacy of Chesterhill, a son, Byron T. Lacy of Dams Tine Germany, a daughter Bridgete T. Lacy of Zanesville, 2 brothers, Doug McPeek of Columbus and Jason McPeek, a sister, Deanne Potter of Columbus and 6 grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her father. Stone-Matheney Funeral Home in Chesterhill is handling the arrangements. A caring cremation is taking place at her wishes.
