Donna S. Allen, 80, of Newark passed away Sunday, August 28, 2016 at the Licking Memorial Hospital in Newark. She was born May 16, 1936 in Morgan County, Ohio to the late Wilbur C. Henderson and Lola Roberts Henderson. She was a member of the Christ United Methodist Church in Newark and also belonged to the Red Hatters Group. She is survived by two nieces Kathy Larrick of Reading, Pa. and Christina Hollins of Hackney, a nephew David Allen of Tridelphia, and a brother Ronald Henderson of Newark. In addition to her parents she was proceeded in death by her husband John W. Allen, two sisters Norma Allen and Mary Brownrigg, a brother Donald Allen, and a niece, Marsha Wilson. Calling hours will be Thursday, September 1, 2016 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at the Miller-Huck Funeral Home in McConnelsville.
