Donna K. Palmer, 76, of Malta passed away at 5:40 a.m. Tuesday, June 11, 2013 at the Riverside Landing Nursing & Rehab Center in McConnelsville.

She was born August 17, 1936 in Sayre, to the late Russell Moore and Ruth Glass Moore.

Donna worked for many years at the U.S. Dept. Of Agriculture office in McConnelsville. She was an avid bowler and bowled in many local bowling leagues. She attended the Malta United Methodist Church.

Donna was a loving mother, grandmother and loyal friend to many. She is survived by a daughter, Jody (Ed) Erwin of Malta; a son, Jeff (Lauralyn) Palmer of Buckeye Lake; four grandchildren, Brady Palmer of Zanesville, Haylee Erwin, Carlee Erwin and Russell Erwin, all of Malta.

Calling hours will be Thursday June 13, from 5-8 p.m. at the Miller-Huck Funeral Home in McConnelsville where funeral services will be held Friday, June 14, at 11 a.m. with Evang. Vernon Eldridge officiating.

She will be laid to rest in Malta Cemetery.
