Donna E. Rainer, 75, of Beverly, passed away Thurs. Nov. 27, 2025 at Waterview Point Nursing Home in Marietta. She was born June 22, 1950 to the late Orville and Cathy Shortridge Ball in West Virginia. She is survived by her son, Randy Montgomery; 2 sisters, Carol Robinette and Patricia Myers; 4 grandchildren; and 8 great-grandchildren.
