MALTA - Dora Belle Kinsey, age 82, of 3rd St., Malta and formerly of Chesterhill, passed away Sunday, March 1, 2009 at 9:13 p.m. at Adams Lane Nursing Home, in Zanesville. Ms. Kinsey was born November 1, 1926 in Pennsville, OH to the late Emmett and Maude (Mendenhall) Kinsey. She was a homemaker and a member of the Pennsville Church of Christ. She is survived by three nephews, Brent, Burl and Russell Mendenhall all of McConnelsville; and several cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 4, 2009 from 10:30 am - 11:30 am at Matheney Funeral Home, 165 N. Kennebec Ave., McConnelsville, 43756. Funeral services will follow at 12:00 pm with Rhett W. Matheney Officiating. Interment will be held at Pennsville Cemetery.
