Dovalene K. Bench Dolan, 56, of Zanesville, died Friday, May 20, 2011 at 9:30 P.M. at the Genesis Good Samaritan Hospital in Zanesville. She was born in Zanesville, on April 27, 1955 to William M. and Martha M. Hunt Bench. She worked at the Glouster Bank, the Burr Oak Lodge as a casher, Kroger's of Zanesville and then at the Cracker Barrel in Zanesville. She graduated from Morgan High School and was a member of the Reinersville United Methodist Church. She is survived by her mother, Martha M. Hunt Bench of Malta, a sister, Cathy (Richard) Oney of McConnelsville, two nephews, Rich Oney of London, Ohio and Rob Oney of Ringgold, one niece Anjela Westfall of Crooksville, and two special friends Tammy, and Julia. She is preceded in death by her father, husband, John T. Dolan (Sept. 4, 1995), and an infant sister. Services will be held on Tuesday, May 24, 2011 at 11:00 A. M. at the Matheney Funeral Home in McConnelsville with Rev. Jim Porter Officiating. Burial will follow in the Reinersville Cemetery. Friends may call on the family on Monday, May 23, 2011 from 5-8 P.M. at the funeral home.
