Edward F. Degnan, 87 of McConnelsville, passed away on Tues, Oct. 31 2023 at the Marietta Memorial Hospital.  He was born on Dec. 22, 1935 in Hartford, CT.  He is survived by a sister, Mary Lou Severino.  A caring cremation is taking place at his request.  Matheney Funeral Home in McConnelsville is handling the arrangements.
