Elbert "Bill" Pennington, 89 of Stockport, died on Friday, Feb. 8, 2013 at 10:30 P.M. at the Marietta Memorial Hospital. Graveside services will be held on Monday, February 11, 2013 at 1:00 P.M. at the Oakland Cemetery near Stockport with Pastor Dean Blackburn officiating. Veteran services will be provided by the Morgan County Veteran association.
