Ellen Arthur Gould, age 94, of Bartlett, Ohio, passed away at 9:55 p.m. on Thursday, July 19, 2012 at Harmer Place in Marietta, Ohio. She was born February 20, 1918 in Cheat Mountain, West Virginia, the daughter of the late Felix W. and Della Fowler Arthur. Ellen was a homemaker, a member of the Bartlett Grange, and The Bible Baptist Church in Bartlett. She is survived by 1 son: Ron Heath and wife Donna of Belpre, 4 grand children, 5 great grandchildren, and 2 nephews: Billy Mason and wife Linda, and Tommy Mason. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Gould, 1 brother, Robert Arthur, 1 sister, Ethel Patterson, and 1 grandson, Roger Heath. Services will be Monday, July 23, at 11:00 a.m. at the Bible Baptist Church with Pastor Jack Berry officiating. Burial will be in the Bartlett Cemetery. Friends may call from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 22 at the Stone-Matheney Funeral Home in Chesterhill, and 1 hour prior to the service at the Church on Monday.
