Elmer Posey Lucas age 69 of Cutler, Ohio died Sunday May 24, 2015 at 6:20 a.m. in Marietta Memorial Hospital. He was the son of Donald Hill and Mamie Lucas. He was a Army veteran of the Vietnam Conflict, worked as machine operator for Kaiser Aluminum in Belpre,O. He is survived by his wife Okema Walker Lucas, 1 son Jackie Lucas of Cutler and 3 daughters Sonya Lucas, Diane Lucas and Tracy Lucas all of Cutler,O., 3 brothers Howard Mayle Cutler.O., Phillip Smith Cutler and Gerald Smith of Chillicothe.O. 1 sister Patricia Smith of Cutler.
