Eloise N. "Sissy" Norris, 71 of Chesterhill, died Thursday, November 3, 2011 at 11:27 P.M. at the Grant Hospital in Columbus. She was born on January 28, 1940 in Cutler, Ohio to the late Henry and Vida Mayle Dalton. She worked as the housekeeper supervisor at Highland Oaks Nursing Home in McConnelsville. She was a member of the Southland Mission Church in Cutler and loved to collect cookie jars, dolls, and antique glass. She is survived by one son Marvin Mayle of Cutler, two daughters, Barbara "Jerry" Rush of Chesterhill and Brenda "Kevin Campbell" Mayle of Malta, one brother, Ronnie Dalton of Cutler, three grandchildren and six great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Ronald Lee Norris and one sister Phyllis Dalton. Services will be held on Tuesday, November 8, 2011 at 1:00 P.M. at the Southland Mission Church with Rev. John Butcher officiating. Burial will follow in the Mt. Hermon Cemetery. Friends may call on the family on Monday, November 7, 2011 from 5-8 P.M. at the Stone-Matheney Funeral Home in Chesterhill and one hour prior to the services at the church.
