Ethel M. Bell, 90, of Malta, passed away on Tues. March 14, 2017 at the Genesis Morison House Hospice in Zanesville. She was born on April 1, 1926 in Fair Point, Ohio to the late Webster and Nora Robinson Harris. She was a homemaker and loved raising and spending time with her family. She was a member of the Corner Stone Full Gospel Church South in McConnelsville. She was a past member of the Morgan Co. Back Yard Friends, 4-H Advisor, Junior Choir Director at Grace United Methodist Church, McConnelsville Bowling League and loved to camp, cook and golf. She is survived by 1 son, Leslie (Patricia) Bell of Rumford Maine, 3 daughters, Rinda Bell of McConnelsville, Rebecca (John) Helwig of Angola, Ind. and Debbie (Roy Cunningham) of Duncan Falls, 11 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Joe H. Bell, 2 brothers, Kenney and Earl Harris and a sister, Anna Bell Kadlecek. Friends may call on the family on Friday, March 17, 2017 from 10-12 A.M. at the Matheney Funeral Home in McConnelsville. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 18, 2017 at 1:00 P.M. at the Corner Stone Full Gospel Church South in McConnelsville. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Genesis Morrison House Hospice.
