Eugenia Michelle Swisher, 66, of McConnelsville, passed away Wed. Jan. 15, 2025 at Hickory Creek of Athens. She was born Mar. 7, 1958 to the late Jacob and Judy (Anderson) Hall in Sidney, OH.  She is survived by her daughters, Misty (Roger) Minerd and Christina McGee both of Glouster; 9 grandchildren; 4 step-grandchildren; 7 great-grandchild; and several nieces and nephews.  She is preceded in death by her parents; son, Bobby J. McGee; grandson, Ernest Williams; 2 sisters, Vicki Carter and Penny Abrams; and special friend, Lex Woody. Visitation will be held Sat.
