Forest D. McGee, 65, of Malta, passed away on Fri, Feb. 9, 2024 at his residence.  He was born on Nov. 18, 1958 in Zanesville to the late Forest and Mildred Cecil McGee.  He is survived by his significant other Lori Johnson of the Home, 5 brothers, Leroy of Chesterhill, Bernard of McConnelsville, Danny of Shawnee, Pete and Jeff McGee both of Athens, 2 sisters, Candie Shaw of Malta and Alice Burfield McGee of Malta.  He is preceded in death by his parents, 2 brothers, Rex and Leonard "Buck" McGee and a sister Connie Clarke.  Matheney Funeral Home in McConnelsville is handling a caring cremation at his request.
