Frank E. Duncan 69, of Stockport, passed away at 2:23 p.m. August 27, 2018 at Genesis Hospital in Zanesville.He was born December 3, 1948 in Morgan County the son of the late Dalton Duncan and Ruth Gibeaut. He is survived by two daughters Kim (Carl) Gilkey of Zanesville and Crystal Jeffers of Beverly; five grandsons, Derrick Newsom, Dustin Newsom, Drew Newsom, Brody Riley and Isaiah Clifton; several great grandchildren; sister, Melissa (Kim) Woodward of McConnelsville; brother, Glenn (Rose) Duncan of Malta. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his soul mate, Carolyn Duncan who died in 2013; brothers, Andy and Mike Duncan. Friends may call 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, August 30, 2018 at Miller-Huck Funeral Home in McConnelsville. At his request, a cremation will take place following the visitation.
