Frank L Koehnle Jr 74 of McConnelsville ohio passed away at 1 pm on November 1, 2026, in his home as wished. Frank was born on December 21, 1951, in New Castle PA. Frank drove semi for many years for SME, Mattingly Food and Economy linen. Frank is preceded in death by his parents Frank and Elise ( Patterson ) Koehnle his wife Violet ( Heckathorne ) Koehnle, his brother Raymond Koehnle. Frank is survived by brothers B. Rex ( connie joe) , Patrick, and David Koehnle his Children Frank Koehnle III , Lora Duvall, Melissa Koehnle, Timothy ( michelle) Embree-Koehnle Charle (Audery) Embree-Koehnle his grandchildren Kayla Koehnle, Elaine Koehnle Janette Suttle, Tiffany Duvall, Blake Embree, Samantha Embree, James Earl, Frank Koehnle IV, Izabella Koehnle and many niece nephews and Many Great Grandchildren. At Franks request before death there will be no funeral held. Frank Koehnle will be laid to rest in the McConnelsville Cemetery on Wednesday November 4th 2026 @ 11 am
