Obituary

Frederick "Frog" Eugene Bolyard passed away September 11, 2012 just 2 days prior to his 73rd Birthday at home with Hospice and surrounded by his loving family after fighting a 10 year illness. He was born September 13, 1939 to the late Robert and Nellie (Wells) Bolyard. He retired from Robert M. Neff Trucking in Columbus in 2002 where he drove truck hauling US Mail. He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Patty (Riley) Bolyard and 4 daughters; Debbie King (Brian Massey) of Mcconnelsville, Tammy (Rodney) Reed of Duncan Falls, Becky (Mike) West of Mcconnelsville, and Cheryl (Randy) Kintz of McConnelsville, 8 grandchildren; Danny (Whitney)King Jr., Darryl (Shandon) King, Sarah (Dana) Penrod, Amanda (Mike) Wells, Adam Reed, Tiffany (Josh) Davis, Derek (Teresa) McDaniel, and Alexis Mangels, 2 step-grandchildren; Randy and Alex Kintz and 11 great grandchildren plus one due in October and 2 step-grandchildren, One sister Patty North of Chesterhill and one brother Kenny Bolyard of Malta. He is Preceded in death by his parent, two brothers; Jerry "Slick" Bolyard, John "Mac" Bolyard", and one sister Judy Tullis. Matheney Funeral Home in McConnelsville will be in charge of Funeral Arrangement. Calling hours will be 3 - 8 on Friday and Funeral at 11:00 on Saturday performed by a Randy Burnside, a close family friend with burial in the McConnelsville Cemetery. In lieu if flowers family requests donations be made to Genesis Hospice or McConnelsville EMS or in memory of Fred.
